Welcome Jill and Kathi

Today we are happy to introduce two new team members at co‑elevate! 

Jill Martin has joined our team as a Junior Structural Designer. She recently completed her Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Architectural Engineering with a Building Structures Specialization from the University of Waterloo. Throughout her academic journey, Jill showcased a remarkable commitment to practical experience, completing a total of six co-op terms that included valuable stints in structural consulting positions.

Jill is driven by her ambition to obtain a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in the years to come, underscoring her commitment to professional growth and excellence in the field of structural engineering.

Fun fact:  I love playing pickleball and doing trivia with my friends.

Kathi Lamprecht has joined our team as a Corporate Director. Kathi has over two decades of invaluable experience at the core of various businesses. Having spent the most recent chapter of her career in the realm of Mergers & Acquisitions at Shopify, Kathi played a pivotal role in facilitating the seamless integration of over 500 employees. Her extensive background places her at the forefront of organizational dynamics, and we are fortunate to have her bring this wealth of knowledge to our team at co‑elevate.

Kathi's focus and passion lie in optimizing team efficiency through well-crafted processes. Kathi is eager to contribute her expertise towards building robust processes that will not only support but elevate the co‑elevate team. We are confident that Kathi's presence will further enhance our capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement at co‑elevate.

Fun fact: Kathi likes to travel, but a trip is not successful unless she reaches 20,000 steps a day seeing the sights.
