Welcome Rana, Alireza and Keyvan

Today we are happy to introduce three new team members at co-elevate! 

Rana Karimi has joined our structural team as a Junior Structural Designer. Rana holds a master's degree in structural engineering from Western and completed a bachelor's degree in civil and environmental engineering at Tehran Polytechnic University.

With hands-on experience from working on the construction site of Iran Mall, one of the Middle East's largest malls, she brings valuable insights and expertise to our team. We are excited to welcome Rana aboard and look forward to the positive impact she will undoubtedly make on our projects.

Fun fact: Rana enjoys learning languages.

Alireza Sarrafan has joined our structural team as a Junior Structural Designer. He brings a wealth of expertise, having recently completed a Master of Engineering in Structural from Western University and holding a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tehran Polytechnic University.

Ali has 2 years of valuable experience in designing and supervising residential buildings. He is eager to contribute his skills and knowledge to our team, and is working towards his professional license (P.Eng). We look forward to the positive impact he will undoubtedly make on our projects and team dynamics.

Fun fact: As a lifeguard, Ali is trained to remain calm under pressure.

Kayvan Ghaderi has joined our structural team as an Intermediate Structural Designer. Keyvan’s dedication to structural engineering is not just a profession but a proud family tradition. He earned both undergraduate and MSc degrees in Structural Engineering from the University of Kurdistan Iran, further enhancing his expertise with a Structural MEng from Western University.

With a remarkable 14-year focus on the design and construction of industrial buildings, Keyvan brings a wealth of experience to our team. What sets him apart is his genuine passion for prefabricated steel structures and modular construction techniques, reflecting a commitment to innovation in the field.

Keyvan approaches challenges with enthusiasm, viewing failure not as a setback but as a bridge to future developments and growth. We are excited to have him on board, ready to contribute his wealth of knowledge and passion to our projects.

Fun Fact: Keyvan has a collection of vintage car books that he’s been collecting since he was a kid.
