co-elevate's Strategic Expansion: Introducing Our Kitchener Office

co-elevate is excited to unveil our new office space in the heart of Kitchener's innovation district—The Tannery Building. This expansion represents a significant step forward, reflecting our dedication to improving client service, becoming an integral part of the local community, attracting exceptional talent, and sharing our expertise.

Client Partnership: Closer Than Ever

Our move to Kitchener is motivated by our dedication to putting clients first. With our new office, we're not just increasing our geographic reach, we're reducing the distance to many of our projects and clients. This ensures we're available when needed most, enabling us to offer our time and expertise face-to-face, building relationships founded on trust, and prompt responsiveness.

Local Presence: Part of Kitchener's Fabric

For us, Kitchener is more than just a location; it's a community we're eager to be a part of. The Tannery Building, an emblem of the area, echoes Kitchener's vibrant spirit of innovation, combining the city's historical architecture with its emerging tech identity. This venue represents the innovation we apply to our structural engineering projects, blending reliable, proven techniques with the latest design innovations.

Bringing in the Best: Connecting with Local and Regional Talent

Positioned at the heart of Kitchener's bustling tech and engineering sectors, our office is poised to draw in exceptional talent not just from the immediate area but from across the wider region. We aim to attract bright minds from the local universities and colleges. Through comprehensive co-op programs and internships, we're offering a dynamic and nurturing space for students to translate academic theory into practical, hands-on experience.

Cultivating Community: Andrew Fisher's New Chapter in Kitchener

Andrew Fisher is embarking on an exciting journey from London to lead our new Kitchener office, bringing the expertise and camaraderie he's honed with our London team to his own community. Immersed in the town he calls home; Andrew is set to replicate the success of our London office by applying the same collaborative techniques and knowledge-sharing practices that have become the backbone of co-elevate. With this transition, Andrew looks forward to shaping a team that embodies the strength and unity of our London legacy, ensuring that the values and skills that define us are reflected in the work we do in Kitchener.

Growth: Sharing Our Expertise

As co-elevate grows, so does our ability to share our expertise. Our expansion into Kitchener isn't just about increasing our footprint; it's about amplifying the impact we can have. With a full six-person team, we can execute full scale projects locally. Each project will benefit from our collective knowledge, dedication, and the innovative spirit that drives us. We’re not just growing—we’re increasing the value we bring to each client and project.

Our new Kitchener location is more than a new address—it’s a commitment to be there for our clients, to be a valued local partner, to attract and develop the best talent, and to grow in a way that shares our structural engineering expertise with a broader community. We look forward to making new connections, embracing new challenges, and building new successes—starting right here in Kitchener.
