Partnership Announcement!

Today, we are thrilled to announce the advancement of two exceptional individuals, Andrew Fisher and Rachel Hawkins at co-elevate. Their invaluable contributions, unwavering dedication, and profound expertise have significantly enriched our team. We look forward to witnessing their continued growth and leadership as they embrace their new roles.

We take immense pride in announcing that Andrew Fisher has been named Partner at co-elevate. Andrew is a dedicated engineer with a profound enthusiasm for collaborative engineering solutions. He has seamlessly integrated into our agile project management system, fostering a culture of cooperation and idea generation across all levels of our firm. As a lead by example figure, he demonstrates patience, kindness, and a genuine passion for mentoring our junior staff members.

Grounded in practical engineering and boasting considerable expertise in tall buildings, Andrew enhances our technical capabilities, particularly in the field of high-rise structures. Having worked on multiple projects reaching heights of more than 60 storeys Andrew is ready to take on the growing need for more density in our cities. As an integral part of our organization, Andrew is poised to further strengthen our operations both in Kitchener and London and continue our tradition of collaborative excellence at co-elevate.

We are equally as excited to announce that Rachel Hawkins has been named Partner at co-elevate. Rachel is a mindful, resourceful, practical engineer who loves solving complex problems with limited resources. She has spent a great deal of time growing her expertise in all structures but is especially proud of the work she does in the arctic. Rachel’s proficiency with multistorey wood-framed structures founded on permafrost is a great example of her unique technical abilities.

In her role as a partner at co-elevate, Rachel is dedicated to expanding our presence in northern construction. She remains committed to upholding co-elevate's tradition of delivering sustainable, pragmatic solutions to address the increasing demands in Canada's Arctic communities. Rachel brings a wealth of experience and expertise in operating within harsh climates, collaborating closely with the entire design team to ensure that our partners receive sustainable solutions tailored to meet the urgent housing and infrastructure needs of these regions.

As we welcome Andrew Fisher and Rachel Hawkins as Partners at co-elevate, we honor their remarkable individual contributions, which have significantly fortified our team. Their ongoing dedication and expertise not only embody our core values but also promise to further elevate our collective impact. We eagerly anticipate witnessing their continued influence across the company. Join us in extending our heartfelt congratulations to Andrew and Rachel on this well-deserved milestone!
