Welcome to Merva Elgharably!

The Gray & Fick team is growing once again with the addition of our newest structural designer, Merva, to the team!

Merva has joined Gray & Fick's team as our newest structural designer. She is a recent graduate of Western University where she received her Bachelor and Master of Engineering Degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering. After her third year of undergraduate studies, Merva completed a placement in China, working at Arup Group, followed by an internship at Centric Engineering Corporation here in London. Merva’s past work with residential and commercial structural building design will be a huge asset in helping to create innovative and economical designs to meet our clients’ vision!

Fun Fact: Merva enjoys testing out new recipes during her free time.
