We'll be looking in more depth at one of Gray & Fick's core values: Our strength is in the sum of our parts.

"Rome was not built in a day" is a common saying, but even more importantly, Rome was also not built by just one person. Every project is completed with the support of many individuals and groups working together towards a common goal. Internally, we specialize as drafters, designers, and contract administrators, all of whom are critical to success of a project. We also specialize as strong leaders who drive projects forward, calm heads who keep projects centred, and steady people who are always there to support each other. Everyone has specialized skills and unique personalities that serve to strengthen and raise each other up beyond what any of us can achieve on our own.
