8 Days of Core Values: Day 2

We'll be looking in more depth at one of Gray & Fick's core values: Being passionate about lifelong learning.

Lifelong learning doesn't mean just watching webinars or attending lectures, although both of those can definitely contribute. Lifelong learning is more about developing patterns and habits that focus on regular growth, self reflection, and self assessment to improve. Our team has been doing this for years, holding regular Lunch 'N' Learns, watching webinars, setting goals, and sharing skills, techniques, and tips among ourselves. We're always keeping an eye out for new technology and new techniques, such as new products and new software to improve our efficiency and quality. We are strong proponents of both formal and informal education, ranging from internal book clubs to work on our personal philosophies to advanced professional degrees to improve our technical abilities.

We believe that when you come from a viewpoint of life long learning you open yourself up to gaining knowledge from sources at all levels of society, both technically and philosophically. Learning and growth is crucial to success as individuals, as a team, and as a business, which our team has long embodied on both personal and professional levels, and which we continue to foster!
