This unique 41,000sf project was designed as a LEED certified building. LEED gold certification was achieved. This large footprint three storey building was mainly load bearing masonry and concrete with precast floors. Underground parking was achieved in part of the building. The centre section of the building was four storeys and was constructed with a steel frame skeleton.
