Jefferson Elora Corporation Expansion

This 75,000 square foot expansion to the existing JEC plant in Elora, Ontario was constructed using conventional steel construction. The project is executed utilizing the design-build delivery model with Magil Construction, who are experts in the field of industrial construction. Features of the project include an expansion to the loading dock, modifications to existing building, site modifications and roof top HVAC. Gray & Fick’s scope for this project includes design for modifications to the existing structure as well as engineering services for the foundations, steel superstructure, and code compliance.
