Gray and Fick have specific knowledge for the design of food grade plants and have been involved as the structural engineering as well as the prime consultant on a number of these buildings. We have been working successfully with existing plants on upgrades on an ‘as needed basis’. This requires schedule flexibility to allocate staff to a time sensitive project.
