This 18,000 square foot new build is going to be the home of a new Sunripe Freshmarket in North London. The structure consists of conventional steel construction on concrete spread and strip footings. One of the main structural and architectural features is the large structural steel trusses comprised of hollow structural steel tubes. These steel trusses span up to 94' in length and create a large open retail space.
