This 8-plex located in Rankin Inlet, NU is a 2 storey wood framed structure complete with rock socketed steel piles and a crawl space. This project was designed almost entirely from material that had been stockpiled in the community, allowing for easier construction and avoiding potential shipping costs and delays.
