The 4 storey mixed-use building in Iqaluit, NU has a 1265 square meter, open concept main floor zoned for commercial use. The top three floors house a total of forty-two residential suites. Building amenities include separate entrances for residential and commercial tenants, exterior balconies, an elevator, and staircases at the east and west ends of the building. The building is founded on ad-freeze piles and steel beams. The main floor is framed using both wood and steel construction, whereas the upper three floors are completely wood framed.
